Esotico Pasta was founded by Julie and Wayne Huisman, inspired by their love of fresh vegetables and gardening. The company creates handcrafted artisan pastas infused with unique flavors such as Herbs and Garlic, Black Bean Chipotle, Asian Explosion, Curry, Cracked Pepper Corn, Lemon Pepper, Spinach Feta, Garlic Herb, and Roasted Tomato and Basil, emphasizing that the flavor is often strong enough that a sauce is not necessary.  Esotico is dedicated to providing healthy, flavorful ingredients. As often as possible ingredients will come from local farmers or our own garden, grown without harmful insecticides or chemicals. Our flavored artisan pastas are available at farmers markets and retail stores throughout Oregon and in southern Washington.
